Summoned
In 2021, dqt presented its first iteration of Classics in Color: “Hamlet” and “The Hamlet Monologues.“ We are thrilled that our newest Classics in Color presentation will be a live performance of "Summoned," by sheyenne javonne brown, directed by heather harvey and featuring the performances of tim craig, xander jackson, javana mundy, emma steiner, and mason van gieson.
"Summoned" uses the orpheus and eurydice myth to examine modern day antiracism activism and DEI practices.
