She has spent the last few years bringing her concerts, workshops & master classes to audiences across the USA, europe, south america & the caribbean and is a master teacher for the mabel mercer foundation. Her hit monthly residency “tributes,” in its third season at birdland, celebrates a different artist each month, including ella fitzgerald, sammy davis, jr., nina simone, roberta flack, judy garland, barbra streisand, cher, elvis presley & many others. ansi rodriguez: Is currently a sophomore in the city college of new york, majoring in theatre. He graduated from renaissance high school for musical theater and technology and was born and raised in the bronx, new york. Ansi has performed in productions such as the 25th annual putnam county spelling bee (Mitch Mahoney), in the heights (Sonny), high school musical (Ryan), and many others! He has done collaborations with the york theatre and been apart of the new york madness festival to which hes been exposed to many new works such as red sky (young man)! Ansi is eternally grateful for the experiences he’s had throughout his journey. He thanks everyone who he’s encountered that have pushed him closer towards achieving his dream!
